Christa Dahlem

Senior Director, Growth
Christa Dahlem currently serves as senior director of growth at Peraton Labs. She joined the company following the acquisition of DHPC Technologies on May 1, 2020. In this role, Dahlem is responsible for growing the research and development business within the Army across Peraton Labs. 

Dahlem held various positions at DHPC Technologies most recently serving as vice president of strategy and corporate growth where she was focused on creating unique business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships and capturing over $400M in new business. 

Prior to joining DHPC, Dahlem was the program director for the Rapid Response - Third Generation (R2-3G) contract for AECOM (URS Federal Services Inc.) and directed other indefinite delivery, indefinite quality contracts across the defense and federal market. She led a nationwide team that responded to business requirements and built relationships with government customers and more than 150 teammates. 

Prior to AECOM, Dahlem worked for BAE Systems managing multiple Army contracts and running the R2-3G contract worth more than $10M annually. She began her career at CONNOR, an engineering and environmental firm where she managed a nationwide team of environmental and engineering professionals. 

Dahlem holds a Bachelor of Arts in communications and marketing from Towson University and an Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland. Dahlem is the current Association of Old Crows, APG secretary and has served on the board for numerous local and national organizations. She is active in the community supporting organizations promoting STEM / STEAM initiatives, the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, the Make-A-Wish Foundation and her church community.   ​
